GENERAL TERMS OF USE (GTU)
Article 1: Purpose
These GTU are intended to define the terms and conditions for access and use of all services and content available under the quinzaine.fr domain and its associated sub-domains (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
Article 2: Acceptance of GTU
Access to and use of the Site imply the unreserved acceptance of these GTU. The User is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted all the conditions mentioned below.
Article 3: Access to the Site
The Site is freely accessible everywhere by any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User's expense.
Article 4: Liability related to Account Access
4.1. Confidentiality of Identifiers
The User is solely responsible for the conservation and confidentiality of their login ID and password. They undertake to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of their identifiers.
4.2. Account Usage
Any connection or data transmission made from the User's account will be deemed to have been made by the User. The Site cannot be held liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to the User's account, except in the case of proven gross negligence or fault on the part of the Site.
4.3. Loss or Theft
In the event of loss, theft, or suspicion of unauthorized use of their identifiers, the User undertakes to immediately inform the Site so that it may proceed with the deactivation and/or renewal of access.

Article 6: User Responsibility

The Site may contain hyperlinks to other external websites. The Owner cannot be held liable for the content or access to these third-party sites.
Article 8: Duration and Modification of GTU
These GTU are concluded for an indefinite period. The Owner reserves the right to modify them at any time and without prior notice.
Article 9: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These GTU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
